Is ECU-Patch visible to my customers?
The portal is adapted to your brand as a white-label solution. Your customers work with your name, your logo, your colors and your domain.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. The portal can be made available through your own domain or a suitable subdomain, for example portal.yourcompany.com.
Can I process my files myself?
Yes. You can process your files completely yourself. Alternatively, we can agree before launch that ECU-Patch permanently handles file processing in the background.
Do I have to use the ECU-Patch file service?
No. The portal can be used independently. You can process files yourself or use our file service as a background solution if that is agreed in advance.
How does auto-patch work?
Auto-patch works with your own WinOLS scripts. Suitable files can be processed automatically. It is not AI-generated tuning. The basis is your own scripts and therefore your own know-how.
Can auto-patch be disabled?
Yes. Auto-patch is optional and can be fully disabled.
Can I set my own prices?
Yes. You decide which services you offer to your customers and at which prices.
Who receives my customers’ payments?
Payments run through the payment providers configured by the portal operator. If your own Stripe or PayPal account is connected, customers pay you directly through your portal.
What does the file portal cost?
The one-time setup costs 159 €. After that, the white-label file portal costs 60 € per month.
What does the landing page cost?
The landing page setup costs 85 € once. Operation and hosting then cost 8 € per month.
Can I use the portal and landing page together?
Yes. Both solutions are designed to work together. Together, setup costs 244 € and the monthly cost is 68 €.
How long does setup take?
After your order, we need your logo, desired colors and the required company data. We then set up your individual portal.
